Prototyping for an app that interacts and responds on two different devices simultaneously.February 15, 2018 at 7:09am
I'm currently trying to prototype an app that would respond on two different devices simultaneously when a user interacts on one device, similar to how if an Uber driver accepts a ride, the rider would get a notification saying their ride is coming. However, I don't really know any resources for prototyping such an interaction. The main reason why I want to do this is because I want to user-test this between multiple people. As of now, I'm thinking that I might just Wizard of Oz the interactions and see what happens.
If anyone knows a prototyping tool/technique that can do what I just described above, please do share.

Protopie allows device to device communication ;) check this article > https://blog.prototypr.io/goodbye-pixate-hello-protopie-dfba9850b6fd
Keynote can be nice for these types of things because it can be controlled remotely. I've done stuff in the past where the demand-side (i.e. rider) experience was controlled by the end-user in Principle, and the supply-side (i.e. driver) piece was done in Keynote and remotely controlled Wizard of Oz style based on observed end-user input. depending on the device the Keynote is running on, you can use a Bluetooth clicker, Apple Watch, or iPhone as the control device. good luck!
